I would like to start by saying me and my wife have been seeing Dr Wander for 15 years and have had a great experience. But recently we went to see the doctor and we had to see PA, Uchenna Nneka Llama and she over dosed my wife and almost killed her, she has had a bone marrow Trans plant and is now on Dialysis waiting a kidney transplant and she got Shingles recently and she gave my wife some medication and come to find out she gave my wife 3 × the amount of medication that she should have and almost killed her. We are done with Baylor Scott & White, do not go to this doctor office.

I would just like to start by saying I love my doctor here but the admin services are horrible. I went in for my annual physical in March which is covered 100% by insurance. A month later I get a bill for $82. I reach out to them since I've been going for years and I have never received a bill for an annual physical. They stated they would send it to their coding department for review. That did nothing because I was still receiving bills from them. I called them with Cigna on the line to get it fixed Cigna told them they would fix and reprocess some of the claim after getting clarification from Baylor Scott & White that it was part of my annual physical. The rep at Baylor stated she would document this in my account. Well, obviously she didn't or they just don't care because they sent me to collections for $82 on their coding mistake for my physical. Its a shame when the easy answer to them is to send you to collections on their mistake rather than fix it or eat the $82 knowing I should of never been billed. I guess I need to move on and find a new doctor.

Slow and rude I have been the only one in the er for 30 mins and still 3 walk in came in looked just fine and went straight back

I showed up 30 minutes early to a new patient appointment with Dr. Capili. I filled out all paperwork and provided required information. Shortly before my appointment time, I was informed by one of the medical assistants that they needed to reschedule. They never called or notified prior to my appointment. I explained I have epilepsy and cannot drive, and this is a big problem. I began asking questions about their process, and why Dr. Capili insisted on rescheduling instead of accommodating. I never got an explanation, or offer of compensation for the Lyft to get there and back, only a continuous push to reschedule. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a health care clinic (I’ve been to many!). Healthcare is the ultimate service industry. When a provider makes a mistake, it is their responsibility to make it right; never ever leave the patient out in the cold. In this case, Dr. Capili had the authority to make it right, but chose not to… that’s what “healthcare”looks like at BSW Keller Family Medicine.
