This is by far the saddest anniversary celebration I have ever witnessed. I've attended so many anniversary events for up to a decade and I was honestly excited because there are always cool free things to try and enjoy. All they had was one tiny sample basket with prenatals and gum. This was not an extraordinary event as its reputation has been in previous year's. In addition not to my suprise, an unresponsive staff..this sadly happens to be the usual at this store. You come in and it is rare anyone will greet you unless they are forced to because you have a question. It's gloom, quiet, unimaginative, and definitely no celebration here. I've always gotten the sense that the employees here do not really like working here, they hate having to interact with the customers coming through the door. Finally, I overheard a man go to the register asking about an item that was part of the sale and it's sold out. So inventory issues as well. Keller store needs new management, a new team in total. Now there have been some associates that have been wonderful but it's not a consistent experience.
