This is hands down the absolute worst Family Healthcare Associates doctor’s office I have ever been to ranging from the unconcerned front desk to the snarky condescending doctor I saw. I waited for an hour after being triaged by the nurse (who was the only kind individual I encountered) for the doctor to come and belittle me. I felt ridiculed instead of informed with everything she said and every answer I gave was met with judgement If you want to go to a doctors office that feels like a family stay far away from here. It’s in the title but not the attitudes.

Dr Sana is really personable and caring. Callie is fantastic and always has a great attitude. If they recommend to use Catalyst for your medications. DO IT!! It’s super convenient to have all your medications come pre-packaged for morning, noon, night, which makes it easier to not have to separate your own medications. It is convenient for those of us always on the go.
