Awesome people. When others wouldn’t take my car, they did and fixed it! Robbie has always been super up front and honest, I take all my cars here.

Horrible experience. The lack of professionalism from this place is incredibly disheartening. Went in to get a water pump fixed. Called 2 weeks after saying the car was shaking and they said that had nothing to do with it. Called again and they said you waited months to call again. It is still under warranty and not once were we asked to bring it in that they'd take a look at it. Instead we were told that since the car is paid for the $2,000 spent is worth it for a 2014 that if you divide that by 9 months (the time since we took it) that is was a good deal that it lasted us this long.

Worst experience ever, firts time to go a mechanic, besides ford, big mistake. The guy told me for 2000 dollars tbat I paid for the job, I had car for 9 months, and he start to making math, to tell me I was driving very cheap. Because if I rent a car and.......he continue doing math, telling me what to expect for old car and 2000 dollar that I paid!!dessapointed, very dessapointed 😡

Terrible! Have a new AAmco transmission i had to get out of state. So after being pushed away from camp bowie, and hulen this location would not even take me in. Saying their owner will contact me. Stated i should go to the other locations. Never got any help, never got a call from their owner. Always pushed me away and would no honor the AAmco warranty.

Questions & Answers

My service advisor is recommending paid "diagnostics". What is this?

After the initial Vehicle Courtesy Check review of the systems related to your stated concern with the vehicle, at this point, you have little or no cost applied yet. The process of actually diagnosing and pinpointing the problem on a vehicle in order to only repair or replace exactly what is causing the issue and nothing more can be quite involved and it is worth paying a skilled diagnostician to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle's problem. In the end, this process saves you money and helps ensure the proper repair is done correctly the first time.

Will you be utilizing all new parts in my vehicle?

Can't remember, I ended up going with repairs so I paid the actual labor cost. Sorry!

Lonny, you will have to take it in so they can diagnose the issue. I have had them do AC work on two of my vehicles and both are still working 2 yrs later. You can trust them to do quality work at the best price you'll find.
