The owner and employees of this store are truly the most generous and kind people I have meet. My friend and I got our car broken into and lost everything including our scrubs. We disclosed the story and they helped us out and gave us a gift card to replace them. Level 1 Scrubs are the best!

Great customer service from Ivy C. She was very polite, kind, and informational with sales, selections, special promotions, etc. It was my first time there and she made it feel very welcoming, thank you! Overall great merchandise selection for women’s clothing but not very much for mens clothing. Ivy is a very phenomenal worker, help you with what you’re looking for!

Understanding men are not a large demographic for scrubs, a miniscule section is sad. The offer to order doesn't help when I can order directly from the manufacturer just as easily and with no additional markup.

We are sanitizing frequently, allowing curbside pickup and phone orders! Masks are still required inside, and we aren’t allowing returns/exchanges at this time.

I found a pretty good selection and I wear 2X. I got solid tops and bottoms because I too prefer the solids-cartoons belong at the pediatrician's offices. And the store is super organized and the people were very nice. Good luck!
