Just came from an appointment here. They were wonderful. I had some minor confusion on the paperwork, which the receptionist quickly and efficiently helped me knock out. Then, my butt barely hit the seat in the waiting room when they called my name. When the nurse walked out of the exam room, the doctor was walking in (I can't think of the last time I haven't waited at least ten minutes in the exam room for the doctor at any doctor's office). He promptly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I encountered here was the utmost of professional and friendly. Highly highly recommended. Not many medical practices left like this.

I had suddenly developed Tinnitus and had watery/leaking ears so I went and saw Dr. Ragsdale. He took a quick look at me and told me statistics about people my age having Tinnitus. He gave me an over-the-counter medication and nothing for my watery ears. There wasn't much concern on his part but I have to live with this and in hindsight I wish he would have recommended something for the draining im experiencing from both ears.

I did a lot of research to find a great ENT specialist however on the day of my appointment I made an honest mistake and went to their south lake location instead of the Bedford one. As soon as I realized, I called the office to let them know and re verify the location of my appointment. I received the address and sped on my way to the Bedford location. I had been waiting a month for this appointment. My eta would put me 3 min late. The office called me back and told me that I would need to reschedule. But I couldn’t take off another day from work like that and the next available was in a month. I told them that I couldn’t reschedule but was very dissatisfied and disappointed that they wouldn’t even let me walk in 3 min late even after all of what had happened. I had no attitude but the office staff said good luck finding someone else. How rude and horrible.
