Waited for ten minutes before someone told me I had to “sign in”. I signed in and waited another 45 minutes just to return two cable boxes. They’re slow, but they’re slow on the phone so that’s a system thing. They should have something doing just equipment drop off/pick up and exchanges. I literally waited 5 times as long as it took to actually drop off my things

I’m not sure who controls when spectrum trucks are sent out to neighborhoods but please don’t send trucks out at 8:30 at night with flashing lights only for them to turn them off as they drive away. I have kids that need to sleep and that’s difficult with flashing orange lights in my house, and don’t see why that needed to happen at this hour. 😅

They have 5 employees working but can only help 2 customers at a time. If you don't sign in you can't get helped and they act like it's your fault if you don't know to sign in. There is no sign to sign in and it looks like it's a display more then a sign in station.

Firstly, my sister and I stood in the store for about ten minutes before someone finally acknowledged us and told us to “sign in” at the front of the store. We just came to drop off equipment which we were told would be very quick over the phone, only to find out they are helping 9 other people before us at a snail’s pace. Watched two employees leave their stand and never come back. This company is notorious for bragging about how quickly they can help you, but the store is at least an hour’s wait just to DROP OFF a piece of their equipment and another hour to try and reach anyone on the phone. Spectrum should be ashamed of this service, particularly for already paying members. This company is a joke and run by people who aren’t sure what they’re doing. Never have I seen such a lack of professionalism and courtesy to guests. The SECOND I get an opportunity, I’m switching providers. This is a sham of a company.
