I’m convinced that PSA’s paid staff are comprised only of people who were rejected from jobs bagging groceries at Kroger or mopping the bathrooms at Arby’s. I’ve seen some incompetent office staff in my time on this earth, but never has the rampant disorganization and undeserved self-importance been so apparent. Incorrect information about games is given. Incorrect information about required equipment is given. They have two different websites with half of their content on each one, and no clear system for which one you should start with. The staff is rude when you point out their flaky guidance. The success of PSA’s programs is exclusively because of the volunteers and the community that band together to make the programs great in spite of - not because of - the efforts of PSA’s paid crew. They enjoy a monopoly on Plano youth sports due to a relationship with the City - cronyism at its finest. The day that the City decides to allow any other organization to have the same free reign over the athletic fields will be the last day anyone patronizes this joke of an association.
