I bought my car back in July. Looked good for the most part and handled well. A few weeks ago, the car started to shake and turn right. Eventually, the car was shaking violently and tire came up flat. Took it to Carmax and let me know the tire was the culprit. Turns out, the tire was messed up and part of the rim. They ended up replacing both and the other front tire so it would be balanced. As was still under their warranty, there was no cost and the service department made me feel very welcome. I was thoroughly impressed! 😃

Robert was supposed to be helping us, but after 1.5 hours we realized he wasn't coming back so we went to the business office and asked. Miguel helped is bit never did he apologize for his teammates lack of customer service. Apparently Robert went home because he works part time but never let the office know we were waiting. The appraisal took 10min but the inept, lack of quality of service was a terrible experience. Another customer grabbed their own paperwork and keys after waiting 2 hours. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Arlington is literally the worse customer service, from sales to service center. You cant speak with anyone without leaving 4 voicemails and good luck if someone calls you back, I would never recommend carmax to a friend or family member. Worse experience ever!!
