I normally love this place but I will say staff could use ongoing training and the place was very dirty when we arrived early in the morning. Photos to prove, a small vacuum job to remove all the food and hair would be great and a good scrub down please.

Kids not wearing socks. Older kids playing aggressively in the toddler area, not following the age and height rules of that area. One kid (at least 7 years old) threw a ball from the toddler ball pit on my face, and a kid jumped on top of my 2.5 year old while she was in the ball pit and hurt her... staff is overwhelmed, place isn't clean. Staff offered me to check the cameras and talk to the parents of the boy that hurt my daughter, but my daughter was very upset at that point and the place was completely out of control. Very bad experience. Left after 30 minutes. RESPONSE TO OWNER: This happened on Sunday Aug 7, 2022 between 2:30 and 3 PM. Decided to never go back after this.

I believe they charge $11 per hour and $4 each additional plus taxes. They don't charge adults
No age limit here . But this place seems to be designed for toddlers.
Per child. It's about $11.99 per kid for the first hour then $3 per kid per hour after the first hour.
I doubt they will. I've asked about it in the past and they said it's not something any of their locations overseas offers so they more than likely wont either.
