Made an online order and wanted to pick it up. They told me they didn't have 3 out of the 4 items I ordered, so I requested for the order to be cancelled. They claimed it was completely impossible to cancel my order or to get a refund, which is absolutely unheard of to me. I left the drive-thru without any items or my money back. The people working clearly had no idea what to do or how to handle the situation and kept telling me I could pick my order a different day even though I made it clear I just wanted my money back at that point. I called the following day and they told me to come back to get a refund with a negative tone. After hopefully getting my refund I will never come back from how awful this was handled and how the employees treat their customers. Be cautious if you plan to make an order online.

Love their coffees and their Tim bits. Prices are alright. Wish they had one closer to me tho. Intercom they need to be s bit louder though. Gibraltar rd Tim Horton's Rude as heck. They blow you off at drive thru and I have reported them on several occasions.

Never any hash browns, Then they offer you donuts to replace the hash browns and dont give you the donuts. B.s. Ill find a new breakfast spot.

I love Tim Hortons, but this location is very inconsistent. My most recent purchase was two caramel macchiatos that tasted like coconut. They were awful. I would have taken them back, but we live 20+ minutes away. Fortunately for us there is another location that is always good and that is where we will be going from now on.
