Absolutely degenerative phone line system, the fact that you cannot contact this store with a simple question about a package that was supposed to be at your house but it's most likely at that location is absolutely hilarious. I own my own company as well and I could not imagine what my customers would do to me if I had a system like this UPS store

I gave them a partially packaged laptop around mid day on a Wednesday and they made sure everything was safe and secure; I couldn't ask for better service. It arrived to its destination overseas in perfect condition.

Very convenient place. They have all of your shipping needs. They made it very easy to send back a package to Amazon. We only had to show the QR code for the items that we were returning, and the friendly Staff did the rest. We'll be coming back to this store whenever we want to ship something out
