This isn't a company, it's a clown show. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I am a first time, and last time, customer. NEVER buy from LazyBoy, as it exists in name only--no customer support, not VIP or CEOs or upper management to assist. You pay your money and they never speak to you again. RUN.

Giving La-Z-Boy 1 star is a joke. They should be given -5 stars. Even that does not describe the state of this furniture. PLEASE NOTE: RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. IF YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED, BY ALL MEANS GO AHEAD AND BUY FROM THEM. Oh ya, If you want your furniture fixed under warranty, bring out the lube because you're going to need it. It will take 3 months to get an appointment. The repair tech will look at it and say yup it's broke. I don't carry any parts to fix it. I will order the part. It takes 3 weeks to get. I will call you when I get it. 4 weeks later I spend 2:15 minutes on the phone. The agent said the tech did not order the part but I will send it to your house. Finally some good news, but wait, the bad news is it will take another 2 months for a tech can come fix it. That's a total of 6 months with out a recliner. IF THAT IS HOW YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND TREATED, THEN BY ALL MEANS BUY FROM THEM. I'll sigh this: Disgusted.

It is impossible to contact anyone at La-Z-Boy Comfort Care to book a repair or order a part. I was on hold yesterday for 2 hours and 20 minutes and finally hung up. Today on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes. Hung up again. Terrible customer service. They take your money and run!!!!!! Does La Z Boy Comfort Care even exist? Additionally, I emailed the CEO, VP and Senior Director. No acknowledgement. If you are considering a La z Boy product DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!! I wish they had a zero star review. UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE CEO,VP OR SENIOR DIRECTOR AT LA Z BOY.!!!!!!!!

They saw you coming!
I am completely and utterly discussed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. The only service or answers you can get is dealing with your local stores. The higher ups and regional mangers do not return phone calls and their is no emails as a source of contact. Plus it is hard absolutely impossible contact cooperate. I've been dealing with my local store since March 2022. Still not satisfied. Beware and absolutely satisfied (cash and carry). Otherwise you're at their mercy.
