The young man that was attending me he was very nice and kind. When I picked up my vehicle he explained everything to me and everyone else around was very nice even though that they were exhausted from a long day work. All in all I have never had a bad experience at any Firestone. Thank you all for you hard work

I made an appt there one day. 15 min later I walked to Aldi in 100 degrees. Came back 50 min after my appointment time and my car was still sitting. I left very frustrated as I could have driven to the store had I known my car would not be getting worked on. All this AFTER speaking to rep who spoke to tech confirming he could get it done and my time constraints.

Used to come to this store under the old management and was always taken care of. Went here the other day after my AC fan stopped blowing. Couldn't even look at it that day. They set me an appointment for the next time that was convenient for me. I take off work and as I'm about to turn in I get a call saying that my appointment has to be cancelled and they would like to reschedule. As I'm pulling in their driveway. If you are going to cancel an appointment so suddenly because someone has to go home, then you should have someone to cover that person. So now I'm driving around to find some one somewhere that can look at my vehicle so that the hours off work isn't for nothing and find myself at the Firestone in Allen that I used to frequent as well. They probably wont be able to fix the issue same day and want to charge a hundred dollars just to figure out the problem. They would not wave that fee because of my bad experience at another store. I think I'm done with Firestone. As a corporate company they've gotten to expensive and uncaring.
