Would not recommend. Never got the opportunity to see the quality of work they do. Our company vehicle broke down and they came and towed it to their facility. They sent some random email letting me know that they would put it into the queue and it took a week later for me to call to find out what the status was only to find out it hasn’t even been diagnosed yet. When I inquired as to why I hadn’t heard any updates from anyone other than a couple of computer generated emails, Kimberly gave a real bad attitude and was very condescending. I told him that I would have the truck picked up by somebody else to work on and the manager called me back and I learned how Kimberly was trained. He was equally condescending and full of excuses instead of just apologizing and trying to recover the opportunity to do business. It’s clear this company does lots of business because they didn’t need mine. If you choose to do business with them don’t expect a whole lot of communication

IP Truck is currently practicing 6ft social distancing measures set forth by the CDC. All employees are required to wear protective face coverings and customers are encouraged to wear face coverings as well when in the main building. If you have any other concerns please reach out to us at 972.632.3743 and thanks for your question.
Yes sir we do. You can give us a call for a free estimate 972-632-3743
That's a great question! You access the fluids and check the engine through removable panels/covers on the floor. If the engine or transmission needs major service or needs to be totally accessible, the cab can be lifted and tilted forward with a hoist. Tilting the cab and using a hoist should always be done at an authorized Hino dealer. Thanks again for the question...
