Edit: We moved. The new owners put our address before we even closed on the sale of our house. No one bothered to tell us until the 4th time that our mail could not be held due to that. We were told their employee possibly threw away our mail. Also told if current owners keep our mail and open it, it's not fraudulent. Michelle is condescending and needs to quit calling me if all she's going to do is minimize the situation. All of our important mail and packages that were paid for are gone and no one can tell us anything. Don't go here. Make the extra drive to a post office you can trust. I don't get what is up with the place. No tape. No labels. Missing mail. Fine. But how rude and condescending the workers are is the real problem. The Asian lady and the gentleman with the ponytail need to understand we don't work there and most of us haven't taken mail etiquette 101. Explain things clearly the first time and there won't be confusion. It's not my fault you guys don't have labels or else I would have used my sharpie at home and saved us all some time. However, you expect basic shipping supplies in a place you ship things. I'd really like to know what they do with the mail. Are you guys just chucking it in the garbage due to customers like myself that are "making your job harder"??? His words, not mine. Sorry but you should treat customers with a little more grace.

No line at all when I went to ship a package. David was extremely helpful in choosing the best services, and was friendly with a smile on his face. I love this as my main post office!

How do I set up an appointment for a US passport
All the numbers seem to forward right to the 800 customer service. You cannot seem to get a live person on the phone.
This post office does passports.
You have to fill out a piece of paper at the post office...and depending on the weight of what you send, they charge you...inside the office there are the rates...depending on the weight...they have service in Spanish.
