I have been waiting for a freight delivery for over 2 weeks - have been told 4 different times that it would be delivered that day only to be told at 4:00 that it had not been put on the truck. They do not answer their phone 1/2 the time. Horrible customer service.

Only Freight packages accepted here. If you want to drop off smaller packages, you could use a UPS Store or go to the customer center in Mesquite.
I am sure they do that and such a transfer within the is always accepted.
