This place is so horrible.. very unprofessional and staff is very rude and the manager also. First time there and they were just rude from the beginning to my daughter and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The wait times are ridiculous and they don’t have no customer service or communication skills. Trash place

If I could give this dental office zero stars I would. The lack of knowledge and professionalism that this dental office lacks is insane. They do not care about the patients. They had my daughter sitting in the back for an hour I was wondering what was taking so long they didn’t even start on her they told me. The fact that these kids don’t get to go with their parents behind the doors is sketchy. One day I took my daughter they said she needed to have surgery on her mouth , The next time I took her they said she had no cavities and like which one is it. Please do not take your child here you will traumatize them and scare them from the dentist. Also the patients that have Medi-Cal will be treated differently and they will be placed on the back burner. Save yourself the headache and do not come here I am not even too sure how this place is still operating. It needs to be shut down immediately. Nobody but troubles, please stop reading this review and don’t even call to book your appointment with them.

Brought my son to this office I did have to wait a while but understandable they go by appointments but my sons first visit was well worth the wait great staff made me feel very welcome !
