garbage. tooth broke in half. I called, she asked if I was a new patient, then without warning put me on hold over 20 min. then, came back and said I had to just walk in and hope to be seen and IF I was seen it would just be for an extra of the affected area to SEE if they could handle it

I came in yesterday asking for an appointment. I was told to come in as a walk- in if I had pain. I took the only day off work I could get, showed up an hour early just to be told that they are not accepting any walk-ins today. Very unprofessional place to a ridiculous degree.

Pity service 😡😡 they just want to have you with appointments and when you go they do almost nothing and give you another appointment I know that in my case the doctor covers it but it is also a waste of time

I went in with extreme pain due to needing a root canal. I went in as a walk-in at their 1pm walk-in hour. I filled out paperwork, turned it in and the lady told me I was the 5th person in line and she would call me back up for more info. She called everybody in the waiting room BUT me, so I gave her time. I had been waiting for quite some time, def over an hour so I asked her for an estimated wait time and she said 3 other people were in front of me and that she was BARELY inputting my information. I told her I would just come in the next morning as a walk-in bc they were only gonna do exams and give me a referral anyway and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to register me before I left when she could’ve been doing it the entire time or at least called me up to finish. All in all, I showed up just to wait for nothing.
