I am leaving for Louisiana on the 10th...in Charlotte i change planes but i do not have a seating assignment. (check in at gate is on my itinerary). When i get to the gate and check in for a seat do i have to pay $$$ for one then or am i on stand by?

If you have a connection on a paid flight, then there is no charge for a seat. You will need to get seat a assignment. Please contact your travel agent if you have questions about your particular flight.
