I was in search of a camper to live in since we just sold our house. We looked everywhere and found the best prices at Edmundson. We headed there, found the camper we liked. Came back in a few days (on a Thursday) to put some money down and to be able to get the inspection, the detailing, etc started. I called on a Saturday to check the status...I get told that it hasn't even been pulled off the floor yet, so they pushed the pickup day back a few days. We told them that we were in a crunch time situation seeing we had to be out of our house soon. Get told that the media system and the gas shock arm for the outside kitchen was bad. Was told that they'd mail me one since I needed the camper, totally fine no big deal. Made the call for the piece and I received an empty tube. Made two more attempts to call for the shock and I've gotten nowhere. Told the salesman that we were only going to use the camper a few months and were interested in trying to sale it back. Bought it for 29k and when I called, they offered 16k.
