Very bad customer service walk in they don’t even said hi or how can we help you nothing until you go up to them , I went in sit down and then when someone finish I got up then I ask if she was Sophia then she said no is her so I asked if she could do my hair in highlights then she said she can do it for you Iam busy so I said ok when can you do it cause I was refer to you by someone then she said something in her language then she said I don’t know cause I am very busy then she kept talking on her language and repeated I don’t know cause Iam busy so I just walked out so bad never again going back there

Wearing a mask is required to enter the salon as it is stated on the door and mandated. It made me feel very comfortable to know this business is doing its part to keep others safe by wearing their masks and not allowing anyone to remove masks. I went to get my haircut on a Tuesday, and I was able to walk right in and sit in a chair, no waiting. I wanted to have Sophia do my haircut, as she does a great job on my husband's haircuts! I went in with very long hair, it was well below the belt loops on my pants. I had Sophia cut at least 18" of my hair off, maybe even more. It felt great to get that extra weight off; it is now very easy to brush my hair. It is still long enough to put in a pony tail and half of the time to wash and dry my hair now! The picture only shows a small portion of the pile of hair that was cut off. Thank you for your services, Sophia!
