I’ve been going to hair bar for years. My first appt was back in 2013. I tried to bring my mother as a post Mother’s Day gift and they tried to charge her for length + thickness… my moms hair is thin and short and they claimed her hair is thick + longer. Her hair is 1 inch under shoulder length + she was getting a haircut…. Which would have made it even shorter. It seems like such a horrible way to treat a customer of almost 10 years & my mother (who has special needs) and take advantage after I dropped her off. Beware and do NOT go here. I lost $100 voucher towards a service via their own site because I rather not let my mother be treated like that than allow them to charge her an extra $100 + tax + tip. Do not go here.

I believe they charge the same for short or medium hair, but there is a charge around $15 for extra treatment they use if your hair is really long. My hair is 3 feet long and I was charged about $185 total
