Good overnight stay on our way to kings canyon and sequoia NP (or Yosemite). Great, friendly owners and nice showers. Highly recommend!

Wow! It just goes to show that there are still good people out there. So, I'm homeless with a car and a job. Pulled into the Fresno Mobile Home & R.V. Park where I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Joanne and some other very nice guests.
Very nice place to stay.

The place is nice and the workers were really helpful. It was a bit noisy with street traffic and weekend parties and a barking dog. The Wi-Fi was fast, but was as one of those WiFi’s where you have to keep logging in, so it was almost useless.
Are there any spaces available for long term stay?

It depends on so many different variables how big is your RV and what time of year it is sometimes we have utilities that are as low as $30 other times people spend 200 or $300
Unfortunately they would probably not let you pitch the tent , it's a wonderful Place to live. If you would like I can give you a tour, leave me a number to reach you at and we can set up a time if you like.
