Sometimes they (PD) enforce strict dress codes but usually it's after dark, that's when it's a little crazy but still super fun.

Yes, all the above and then some. It just depends on what vendors were able to get in that year. But for the most part it's pretty much the same carnival food. Popcorn,Beef and Pork Bbq, Chinese food, Mexican food, Beerrocks, corn on the cob, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Seafood , chili cheese fries, Nachos and then of course washing it all down with a beverage of choice.
