The local is ideal for any interests you may have. If shopping your set up on blackstone ave and sierra, or If dining you have so many choices many are near enough to walk to. So pleasent and quiet and the staff is helpful and very friendly. Grounds are clean so are the facilitys. Over all a pleasent stay would return and recommend Blackston North RV park to others.

Corina is accommodating and we liked our spot in the park. We honestly had very few issues and our neighbors were friendly. One of the best RV parks we have been to and we have experienced some nostalgia after enduring the “accommodations” of other parks in different cities/states. If you can get in here, and are planning on staying in Fresno, this is your best bet.

If you are with us for at least 3 months the monthly charge is $725 plus metered electric. Water, sewer, garbage, very basic cable and WiFi is included. 😁

Yes they are pets must be inside you can not keep them tied up outside or with out supervision when outside walking the must be leashed..
We were there only one night. We had trouble making the appointment, because they didn't call or answer the phone. We did have a space, but they wanted us to pay with a paper asking us to write our credit card number on it. We paid in cash.
You can rent space for a week or more at a time. Just contact them.

I bought a c-class motorhome from a guy staying there and he said the Space RENT was700+ a month. He didn't have dogs. The location is very convenient
