Yeah. After years of taking my dog here and years of dealing with their inconsistency in terms of them constantly changing the nail trim drop off without notice I’ve officially reached my limit. I came to drop in for a nail trim at 4:50. Apparently they decided to change their drop off times to cut off at 4:45 though their website clearly says 5:30. And the staff member refused to trim my dogs nails as there were no workers. Not true. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. They do a pretty poor job on her nails and never seem to use the dremel because her nails are frequently left too long and jagged. I just THOUGHT the people here were nice. I was sorely mistaken. And then she wanted to hand me with a strip a paper with the new nail trim hours. Like how does that help me?!? I’m really glad in these economic times things are going so well for them that they are more than happy to reject long time customers because she wanted to get home five minutes sooner than helping out a client. My time is clearly less important than hers. She could have done the trim. She made the decision not to. Guess I’m not the right looking client for this place. My skin is a little too dark for them to care about my needs. One only needs to look at the clientele they choose to keep and the ones they decide to throw away. I’m sad Penny is letting this shop’s service go down the drain when she’s not there to see what happens in her absence.
