I love Bath & Biscuits on Freeport. First of all they treat my dog Greta with the love and respect she deserves! They do a fantastic job and the customer service is amazing. She’s a small dog and they always treat her with loving tender care which is why I believe she enjoys being there. My dog is such a big part of my life and how she is treated is of the utmost importance to me, so if you love your dog the way I do, bring them to Bath & Biscuits best grooming experience a dog parent could ask for! Good service, haircuts aren’t really consistent because of the high turnover I’m assuming. Everyone is friendly and treat my puppy with love.

the customer service was good, but the grooming part not so much. asked for a nail trim & gland expression, yet my dog came back with her back feet and dew claws untrimmed and honestly, i don't even know if they did express her glands or not. also, half her body was still damp when they brought her to me, so i ofc i told them to blow dry her again thoroughly and they did. the nails part i didn't even notice until i got home, so i ended up having to do them myself. wasn't really worth the $50 for a bath & trim, petco could've done a slightly better job no offense, at least they never return my dog with half her nails undone and her feet & butt damp
