One of the top sports leagues in the tri- state area. I’m always involved in either basketball or the intramural flag football league. It’s a organization where you are amongst the community and you’re bound to meet all walks of life whether it’s a different race or background. It’s a place where you can call it home and it’s nothing short of camaraderie & pleasant vibes!

I've been playing in HeyDay for almost 10 years, back when it used to be PSSC and PSN. They offer a variety of different sports for all athletic abilities. It is probably the best way to get active and meet new people. I always recommend heyday to anyone who is new to the city.
