I visited this horribly place on the, 6th, 7th, and 8th of This month. Customer service is awful I order a Simple Venti Pike and a plain bagel. I never received my bagel the cashier walks around giving dirty looks and mumbling all the time. I went back and this nasty cashier has a mouth. This person gives Starbucks a bad image.

This Starbucks is gross don't go here. My drink order was fine I ordered a pink drink. However, I happened to notice an employee working behind the counter using tongs to pick up trash that fell from the overfilled trash can and then using the same tongs to pick up food to give to someone. This is unacceptable. Who knows what germs are being transfered. Now I'm concerned about my drink.

Of course, coffee was good, however it is obvious that the store is not maintained. Dead flies on window sills along with much dust, crumbs on tables, trash on counter tops. No, not super busy. When the few people in line were served the staff chatted rather than clean. We cleaned off a table to use next to the window and noticed all the dirt and dead flies. Most people do the drive through. My recommendation is to just drive through. If your meeting friends there are many clean places in town to sit and relax and enjoy the company of friends.

Ordered latte, cappuccino, brownie, apple cider using mobile order. They were quick and made everything perfectly

Yeah they a mite snooty but they're frazzled. That crew has been consistently clobbered. They're exchausted. Nobody's told them the magic trick of putting coffee out for selfsevice, and i mean they could put it in the parking lot, but even before covid they show up to service a whole town that hasn't figured out how to put coffee out for people. Basically three in/out/drive thru coffee joints to serve ten thousand people a day. When they figure out they can take the stress off by making 'just coffee' easy to get to, the lo g lines and wait times will be handled. Also a shortage of places with accessible toilets. Meaning the places that offer access also get clobbered. They need front staff. I should step up, but id have to convince them. Every restaurant needs a captain
You must wear a mask You cannot stay inside the building they prefer you to do mobile order and pick it up You must enter it through one door and exit through a different door
