Restaurant is not very clean on Saturday at 1:45. Some tables are broken but still out to be used. We only see 2 people working. Two guys, friendly and helpful. Pizza is ok.

The quality of this restaurant has gone downhill. It would be lovely to have nice customer service and a clean Pieology to go to in town but that’s not what this is. We walked in waited 10 minutes or more for people ordering ahead with one guy working the pizzas. Another guy came out of nowhere and said oh you’re gonna have to wait 15 minutes we have got eight pizza orders and while I’m standing there with the baby and my daughter. He wasn’t even gonna try and put our pizza in before they started these eat eight pizzas and we were the only ones in line. On top of it it’s stunk when we walk to the bathroom I was just gross looking and not kept up. Everyone that was supposedly looking like they work there wasn’t doing anything. Awful experience and probably won’t go back.

Unfortunately this Hass to be one of the worst “fast food“ restaurants in Beaumont, California. For the second time I found myself ordering a pizza using the Pieology app, and then when I arrived to the restaurant found that the pizza was not even started. The lady behind the counter, who could use a few lessons in customer service, said unfortunately we were very busy and our pizza oven isn’t cooking the pizza properly. I wish when ordering I would have been made aware of this fact because I would have canceled the order. At no point in time was there an apology or any effort made to make the customer happy . When I arrive to the restaurant there were four people sitting and eating their pizza. A person who was waiting for their online order was also upset because his pizza was not started either. While waiting to find out that the pizza had not even been started, I was dismayed at when I saw two more employees walking in and clocking in for their shift. It may simply be a managerial issue, because it’s not a staffing issue. Plenty of employees to make pizza but poorly planned breaks or starts to their shifts makes it so that the customers are not satisfied. If the app had said it would’ve been 45 minutes to get a pizza then I could’ve planned accordingly but it said 10 minutes which was not the case, obviously. I am probably not the only one who has experience this at this location, but unfortunately my family and I will not be returning here . I hope the store, which has only been open for a couple of years, gets their act together so that other people do not have to be inconvenienced as I was today. to top it all off, when I asked for my money back they said they could not refund me in the store, nor give me cash out of the register. While I can understand the reasons behind us, it is not the right way to take care of an unsatisfied customer. If you try and even call customer service for Pieology, you can’t get through to anybody and have to leave a message. Good luck getting a call back. I have called my credit card company and disputed the charge and have received my refund. But what a nightmare!

So sad to have to rate this place that isn’t too old and is already way under standard expectation. Came in today as we were craving it and it couldn’t had it yesterday as they were closed…Ohh boy, from the time we walked in, we saw how dirty the dinning room was, walked to the counter to start ordering my pizza and the whole food bar was filthy dirty (food everywhere!!). Four employees in the front (probably one more in the back). It wasn’t that busy, so don’t understand why no one was cleaning…The first girl who attended us, was rude, she noticed me looking at how dirty things were and got her attitude…The bathroom was horrible, soda machines dirty, lemonade machine dirty and empty, cheese bottles empty..We order just because we were craving it but we would have left if we had seem everything else from the beginning. I hope I can get in touch with an owner or district manager. This is not how they should keep a business.
