I just finished my first, and hopefully last, lawsuit. Matt handled the housing portion of the suit while another lawyer was hired for the personal injury claim. Matt is an exceptional communicator and projects an unassuming confidence that makes an uncomfortable situation bearable. Matts patience and kindness made it easy for me to ask questions and voice my fears/ concerns. Over 2 or 3 some odd years, not once did he let one of my e-mails sit more than a few hours without a response. Not only did he win his portion of the case, he ended up picking up the slack for the personal injury side of the case, which would have been an absolute failure without him. Matt did substantially more than he was required to do for me and my case. I felt my case was a priority for him and that I was truly understood. I couldn't have asked for more.

Very poor customer service they never let me talk to an attorney and could not even explain how the whole email thing works. First this company is loosing clientele by the second due to lack of communication with in the law firm. My case is and easy case because I have proof of everything (asbestos test , broken lease, etc.) and they just kept acting very unprofessional after explaining to them not every one understands how the internet works instead of waisting both our times why didn't they hear what I had to say and invite me to the office to show my evidence , since the girls on the phone think they know so much.
