They ran out of pepperoni!!! I never heard of a pizza place running out of pepperoni! Somebody doesn't know how to order such a important item!

Not sure, what happen as I have order from this establishment before but I got food poisoning when I had order a pep pizza and 3 buffalo wings and it was the only food I ate that day since I was coming back from a long flight and I didn’t cook for dinner. Idk what was it, but it got me bad. I would suggest quality control to be high because I don’t mind if my order take 10 to 20 min longer as long as I am getting quality service. Productivity does cause for errors as when people are rushed things can get missed along the way.

My pizza was ready on time even 6 mins earlier then what they said. And service was great.

I'm so sorry but this establishment lacks leadership all around. The customer service is absolutely terrible here and there no steps of urgency ever. There's always tons of upset customers everytime I go but it's not these kids fault. They're not trained properly and it's a shame. It's apparent that there's a leadership issue in this business but they're back their working because the pizza is always fresh and tasty. My kids like it so I'll continue to go for location convenience but I hope they can help the young kids working here step up their customer service game so they can excel when they move up.
