My husband and I didn't have AAA when we first went here. We went because we brought a truck from a friend and he has AAA, so to put the truck in our name it would be easier to come here instead if the DMV. It was still a bit of a wait time maybe like 45 mins to an hour, but we were a walk in. However the customer service was very friendly. They had some kids books for sale. I noticed the travel agent area. I am curious if travel agents are still needed though since everyone can really book flights, hotels, BnB's, ubers, etc by themselves through apps.

I'll say it here: I will only go to Karen for ALL my insurance needs (preferably). Absolutely fantastic service by Karen. She was clear, concise, and informative. She helped get me the best rate possible while explaining clearly what I was getting and signing up for. Karen maintains a positive tone throughout the entire call and it made it enjoyable to work through the signing up process. I inquired about membership, auto insurance, and renters insurance which she helped me complete all of these items quickly, professionally, and resiliently. Don't let her name fool you - she is what all Karens should strive to be. I will definitely recommend Karen to everyone including my friends and family. If you're intimidated by signing up for insurance or don't know where to start, give Karen a try!

Reliable and are there when you need them, best experience my family and I have had with an insurance company. Also the fact that they can process any DMV paperwork on the spot is really convenient, I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Do help with Registration for cars
Open on weekends, but the DMV charges must be cash or check, no debit cards.
Yes, but you have to pay by check or cash. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted for DMV transactions.
There are DMV services at DMV. But vehicle DMV issues can be done by AAA, now myself personally I have not tried to get a license at AAA......so?
I'm not sure? Have you given them a call to see if they offer notary service?
Some yes,
Yes
My tags were stolen can i go back to AAA for more
Not that I'm aware of.
Ab Maseyi's answer is correct, if you paid your paperwork directly with the DMV you must wait for your documents to arrive by mail or better yet pick them up at a DMV office, if you had done the direct paperwork in AAA they would have done so . delivered the same day if possible ... No appointment is needed theydo accept walk-ins. As far as the notary... I can't say either way, I only go to AAA for insurance and DMV services .
I have asked a few months ago and only dmv can issue those at that time. Worth calling in and asking though
Try putting it in the app OFFER UP.
Yes you can they will take care of everything for you very quick and easy
Yes you can. I've done it several times using my debit or credit card.
No
Aaa roadside will cover car rental one day. I also think you can get a discount from a car rental place but have to go through aaa to place the reservation. My car rental place requires a driver license, over 21 or 25 yrs age, and a deposit.
I don't think they do
As long as you are a member they are able to accept and process some DMV forms along with cash only payments.
Yes!!
Not for sure
I think they open at 9am
I'm sorry you have to call AAA to see if there computer is down merry Christmas
Yes you can, as long as you are a AAA MEMBER.I ALWAYS GET MY NEW REGISTRATION AND STICKER AT THE AAA.
My experience has been that the DMV is the only place to get a lost title. AAA may be able to give you a form and direct you in its its use.
You can call them and find out
Highland AAA is a busy, busy place. DMV services are much faster than the DMV. Between 1P and 3P seems less populated. I have never had a unpleasant experience at the Highland office.
You can just walk into any AAA Office. Their is no need for any APPOINTMENT.
Thank you guys...am 72...wasnt looking forward to San Bernardino DMV.....standing all day. Appreciate your responses. Thank You guys😉😉😉👆
Yes. Just as long as you have AAA.
Be sure your doctor gives you a note to give to AAA. I have handicap plates on my car and truck
No
If you're a member you can
I'm sorry DMV
Yes they are.
Yes you can they do everything but not drivers license
I needed to renew my registration. Was far easier. Time waiting was just a few mins.
Yes, partial day I believe.
As long as you have all the required documentation, Yes. I received my placard there.
For my experience I never had to use AAA to renew my license it always comes in the mail.
Yes. You must be a member. Bring all necessary paperwork and death cert.
Visit the AAA office. I did the same thing, super fast and efficient!
Thanks a lot. Was just informed they can't do it if the car is operable, only if you say it's inoperable. The car is unregistered. Trying to do the right thing sometimes gets you nothing.
Do you take passport pictures and what is the cost?
