What are the required documents needed to look up information on a property for possible purchase. Tax Lien information, foreclosure listing, for sale buy owner, etc.

As a DuPage County real estate lawyer, I handle real estate closings, foreclosures, and liens. I think the staff at the DuPage County Recorder of Deeds office is professional and knows how to get the job done. The best advice is to be prepared with required documents when visiting the office, or to research what documents are required. That will make the process more efficient.
