I found from receptionists to all the staff at Bedford associates, very pleasant, courteous and kind. Dr. McPhillips is an outstanding experienced surgeon, concerned about the wellbeing of his patients, spent plenty of time to listen to my problems and very professional. I can say this as I myself be a surgeon for past 45 years. Dr. McPhillips was gracious, reassuring and caring. I feel he is a great asset to our community. Rajendra S Chouhan M.D., F.A.C.S.

Very happy with everything here. Dr. McPhillips explained everything and was so understanding with my anxiety about my procedure. The staff was incredibly nice and caring!

Work was good, people were nice, but had to pay upfront, not trusting of insurance

I do not take Medicare. Medicare does not cover teeth or removal of teeth, even if teeth issues are related to Medical conditions. Hope this helps. Dr McPhillips

I do not and most Oral Surgeons do not. Our overhead is so high and Medicare reimbursements so low, we would lose our businesses. Hope this helps
