Positive: Staff was very friendly! Our room was very nice! Negative: It was being completely renovated, you had to check mark what you wanted for breakfast. They were out of some of the stuff my children had marked, breakfast was definitely not kid friendly.

Very comfortable room that included breakfast with hot and cold choices. When I booked I was informed there was a refurbishment underway that had the pool out of commission. Other than an area beside the front desk with construction supplies no other noise or disruption from this activity.

I booked this room a long time ago for my thoracic surgery at the hospital next door. Then I called back about a month ago to upgrade to a suite. Neither time did they tell me that the hotel was being renovated during the time I was suppose to be healing from my surgery. I had to find another hotel the night I arrived. Front desk guy said the renovations would be really loud through the day, which I needed sleep to heal. You really should tell your tenants if you’re renovating. It caused my already extremely stressful surgery situation to be even more stressful. Also, the bathroom fan didn’t work and shower pressure was terrible. I was able to book at anither hotel, thank goodness, which was nice.
