Everything was great except breakfast. It was all the prepackaged microwave stuff. Room was great, staff was fantastic and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Tons of good restaurants nearby.

On our way to New Jersey we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is nice, well kept, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but could be better. My only suggestion would be to add some sort of cut fruit to the breakfast. Overall a pleasant experience.

Checked in to the SpringHill Suites on our way home from Florida for a stop during our trip. Initial impression was good and the front desk clerk checked us in without any issues. Room seemed clean. Pool was still closed and seems as though this has been ongoing. We arrived back at our room after dinner and found a large bug in the washroom. Called the front desk about it and Matt basically said if there is one, there’s probably 50. This comment was not overly reassuring. When questioned further regarding this situation, Matt simply hung up. Very unprofessional. Called back to ask to speak with the manager and Matt offered a free soda. We completely understand that bugs can happen anywhere but the comments made by this staff were very unprofessional and did not validate the concerns that we had. This is our second bad experience with SpringHill Suites in the last month and I suspect it will be our last.

Positive: The hotel was located less than a mile off the highway. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Negative: This hotel was comfortable but there was nothing that was exceptional. It would be nice if the bar was open.
