Unsatisfactory stay. We stayed memorial day weekend and entered a dirty and uncleaned room that had soiled womens pantyhoes on the floor and food and drink in the fridge from the previous tennant. We reported this and to the night concierge desk and he did nothing and said there was no manager available all weekend. We then asked for more towels and an extra blanket and he said they were all out because they did not have anyone cleaning/laundry on weekends. What?!? It's memorial day weekend and you don't have cleaning staff! Check out staff provided no additional help or services. We have family close in this town we always visit and we will not return to this hotel. I recommend you do not return either. Pay the extra $10 elsewhere.

A very positive experience. Clean room and comfortable bed. Prompt and friendly service. The gym is small but functional and the pool is good. There is a small store for immediate needs like snacks and personal items. The breakfast was very typical... cereal, baked goods, eggs and sausage rounds. Generally pleasant and recommended.

There were used bars of soap in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. We had to call the front desk with our phones because the phone in the room didn't work. The location is great, with multiple restaurants in walking distance and with Clarksburg being 5 min away. I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.

No stars at all, no stars!!! Do not go to this hotel!!! Their General Manager, Robert, is garbage and their staff is garbage. My girlfriend and I wanted to give them a chance and our room was absolutely disgusting and we have plenty of images to reveal the atrocity that this hotel is. On top of all this, my girlfriend’s second card was charged for damage after we left and went to the Hilton Garden Inn!!! Just wait wingate your day is absolutely coming and you shook the wrong bush this past weekend. Just wait. This place doesn’t deserve to exist. There are scummy people living in some of the rooms. Do not stay here. My girlfriend is gonna get her money back and people will be fired. Very unhappy and you guys better just count your days.
