Was camping in the area and had an issue with our camper that we bought from a different dealership. Our dealership wasnt willing to do anything to help us out despite the fact we paid for extended service plan that covers having a tech come out and fix any issues. Mike Steven's returned my call quickly. His schedule was full and couldn't make it out but he diagnosed the issue over the phone with me and walked me through fixing the problem (our electrical panel was smoking and appliances were coming off and on). Within mins, the problem was solved and we were back to our camping weekend. I certainly know where I'm going for my next camper!
