Got to this agency from the State of Illinois website. Neither the state or agency websites was not very helpful. Can't tell what it provides, if there are services, fees, or if it is an agency that simply refers you someplace else.

I am insulted by this companies lack of professionalism! A friend was trying to get an internship with them and they didn't even respond to any of his email AND I know they received the emails. Pure rudeness!!!

Former place of employment New management took over in 2018. The working environment changed. Many long time and loyal people either left or were terminated. Toxic environment
