Mara 5 stars for you, thanks for your professional attention and patience, we had so many options, I really love my dining set and my credenza Delivery: the two delivery guys were very good, on time, serious and fast Why 4 stars??? I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA IF THE DELIVERY COMPANY BELONGS OR NOT THE SAME FURNITURE STORE BUT THE GUYS TOLD ME THAT THE POLICY IS TO LEAVE THE TON OF GARBAGE AND HUMONGOUS BOXES IN MY HOUSE??????! are you out of your mind???? we paid 200$ if SUPPOSE that covers tAKING THE BOXES TO THE DUMPSTER, I couldn’t park my car into the garage for 3 days and my husband spent 3 hours cutting and folding the Huge and almost unmanageable boxes JUST TO LET CUSTOMERS TO KNOW!!😡😡😡😡😡

In this place I bought two mattresses, in 2019 a King size and a twin I lost approximately $750 to $850 high cost for the quality of these mattresses, the merchandise is too heavy to be carried by one person, my children and I had to help to move the mattresses, lousy service, lousy quality the King mattress was frayed along its length just 3 weeks after buying it, I wrote to them via messenger someone from the store in another location wrote to offer me that they had other options on top of that was intended to make a new sale, you get the bad experience of losing your money when you are new to this country, now I know that I can buy better quality products online for a better price...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are thieves! Horrible customer service after you give them your money! Check them out under the Better Business Bureau! There apparently is not a manager EVER in the store! They will give you the run around. Every complaint is the same!! They take your money and then don’t deliver and don’t call you back or have their manager speak to you. We are all having hard times with the economy! We don’t need people like this taking what we work hard for! Please don’t choose this place!
