Had an absolute horrible time here. Usually great service but tonight (9/24) we did the Budapest Express and had a terrible time. They started us ten minutes late, they did not start the timer, some of the puzzles in the room were already solved (like the combos) AND when we buzzed the intercom to get the game master’s attention, NO RESPONSE. I literally had to walk out of the room, go to the bar, and flag someone down to get a clue. They also gave us a clue at the beginning that no one asked for, so that took the fun out of the first part of the puzzle. Cannot believe we paid $140 for such a terrible time and such poor service.
