I am so glad I discovered this particular location several months ago. I had never been in a Shoe Dept store ever. It is always clean, friendly staff, easy to located whichever kind of shoe you're looking for, women's, men's, kid's etc. A huge perk is the manager, Brandy. She is knowledgeable, very friendly & very accommodating. And FUN! I love the selection & obviously the prices. I purchased 7 pairs of shoes for myself alone in 2 months. And purchased more for my grandkids. I found my new shoe store. Go by & check it out yourself. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised if you do. Have fun shopping.

I ordered shoes they said they would deliver them to my apartment. They got my email address wrong and also did not include my apartment number. Then after getting a phone message from USPS they couldn’t deliver my shoes. I tried to track it but the tracking information was in the email. So I went back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Finally got contact information for the and requested a refund on the 21 they told me it would take 5 to 7 days and here it is 9 days late. If I don’t get my refund I am suing them! Customer service is terrible!

How long does a customer have to pick up BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
