Pretty good chicken wings. They are probably the best compared to Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings. These wings are bigger than all of them. I got the Lemon Pepper and the Vampire Killer flavors. The lemon pepper was extremely good. I couldn’t taste the garlic in the Vampire Killer. It tasted like orange chicken 🍊 in the beginning and turned spicy while you kept eating it. The fries had no seasoning or salt so they weren’t that good. The texture was great but because it had no salt, it didn’t taste special.

So we get to pluckers and say we need a table for 3. As we were walking in we were telling ourselves “it’s surprisingly not busy” because we see a lot of empty tables. You can imagine our face when the hostess told us that there were 30 people in front of us and that she couldn’t tell us a time frame for a table. So you prefer to save tables for people who aren’t even at the restaurant. I completely understand the online table reservation, but when your establishment has plenty of empty tables and no people in the waiting area to seat and you prefer to let other customers leave because u are waiting on the online people to arrive. Maybe my review is pointless because I had bad service at the Plano location and never got a response from any member at Pluckers **Update I did get a response from the Plano location.

Absolutely the worst service we've ever had. The tables around us had amazing service but our waiter was non existent and when around moved as slowly as possible.
