Altitude never disappoints. Always fun for the kiddos and me as well and I’m a Grammy. I generally like Altitude when it’s less crowded during the week but going on Saturday was different but not awful. Very well organized and big enough to accommodate a lot of people.

I’ve booked two parties here and recently tried a different place (airborne in Lewisville) for comparison. Big mistake. Highly recommend altitude, especially for parties. No complaints here. The staff is always great! The party host are on top of things! The parties are always a blast and run smoothly. Altitude is actually cleaner honestly. Its overall a better experience. It’s exactly what you expect when booking a party away from home. You show up. You have fun and you go home.

The wall climbing section has styrofoam blocks that have been there since opening which are deteriorating and leaving a ton of dust that is bad for the children to breath in. I would recommend NOT going to this establishment at all cost due to health hazards! just fyi - “reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen”. "NTP asserts 'Studies in the reinforced-plastics industry provided evidence that suggests a possible association between styrene exposure and cancer of the esophagus or pancreas."

No, but it would probably be smart to at least keep a watchful eye out. Other adults are usually in the mix. Bigger kids too. Kids under the age of 4-5 are not built for repeated compression of their legs and can fracture their leg bones. It would be prudent to do research before allowing your children to enjoy this place.
I don't think so. Not for adults anyway. There are kids everywhere and one has to be cautious not to run them over. I had several near run ins with kids and I was being careful simply because I'm older and have injuries.
