There are a couple of tables near the kids area. There are also some by the center. There are benches in the botanical gardens. If eating in the gardens, I would highly suggest everything that comes in with you leaves with you (trash).

Your best bet is to call and ask. There is an area with a gazebo near the koi pond & bridge where weddings have been held before. Since it's a public place, you can bet there will be spectators watching your ceremony!

The area in which to walk through and see the fishes and turtles is gated I'm not sure what time it closes of it does cause I've gone there during the day but the outside of it seems to be out in the open and probably regularl park hours
