Bear Point Marina, Cabins, Campground and Restaurant

We rented the cabin. It’s not the Marriott but a small, quiet /clean out of the way place for a getaway. No Verizon phone signal but great free WiFi. For people that like to camp. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we were visiting family and used as a base camp. Susan was always very kind and helpful. Right on Sebec Lake if you want to bring your boats/jet skis. Our dog was also welcomed with open arms.

We tried this place for the first time ever and what a gem! We offered chili cheese fries as an appetizer. My father and I both enjoyed the special of the day, BLT on a Hoagie with a side of chips! My mother ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of Fries and my daughter ordered Chicken Fingers with Fries. Everything tasted AMAZING. The server/cook was super sweet.

Very responsive and accommodating when I needed to alter my tent reservation. I started my mornings with a relaxing swim in the lake, enjoyed a wicked awesome brick stone pizza from the restaurant, chilled with friendly locals around the fire one evening with some cold brews I bought from the store on grounds, and then slept like a rock to the sounds of nature.

Absolutely worst campground I have been to, my family easily spent over 1000$ to get 5 tent sites and we rented a camper they had on the site and a cabin and there were nothing but issues with the camper and sewer issues with the cabin, we had 3 dogs total and if they even barked for more than a second we were being told to keep them quite even though the regulars who camped there had there dogs barking all the time but that was okay, the owner very rudely told me to muzzle my dog, they are absolutely not dog friendly, you can’t ride you bikes on the camp road, the beach was literally just the boat launch and there were feces all over the “beach” area, our trash was overflowing when we got there and it took them over 24 hours to come a change it, I could literally go on but I think that’s enough to say I will never be back there again. Great place if your a boring person who’s just going to sit in their camper all day and do nothing and just don’t bring your dogs and safe yourself the struggle! 10/10 worst campground ever!
