My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks and I was amazed how friendly everyone was. From the front of the house to house keeping, everyone was so pleasant and efficient. The General Manager (Dave L' Heureux) was simply perfect in every way. From his attention to details regarding our needs, to even booking us an Uber on our last day to the airport and prepaying for it, as there were no cabs available for hours. Dave is very energetic, smart, always Happy, and simply a very nice & humble person with the goal of simply making his customers happy. We had a great stay, and cannot wait to come back next year for our anniversary.

I spent 10 days at the Ritz before this hotel and this hotel was honestly as good. I love this place. The room was new and huge and clean, the free breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the staff was lovely!!!!

Great hotel, right in the heart of town. Very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent room with all the conveniences we could want including a fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Could not asked for more.

Perfect stay! Hotel staff was friendly. The gentleman that worked nights (we arrived at hotel after 8 hours pm both nights) was super friendly and very helpful with everything. Compared to a few other hotels we have stayed at on our trip (SpringHill Suites Boston, MA & AC Hotel Portland, ME) this one topped both. Spacious room with good layout and very clean. We highly recommend this location. We were visiting the area to go to Bar Harbor, ME and this was the closest Marriott that would fit my family with of 4 (older son & daughter). It was about an hour drive but was worth it for the size of room and the kindness of the employees. The only hotel where we didn’t get stuck on 2nd floor because of using points.
