Just called for availability on a 1 bedroom.. and they have a 2.5 - 3 year waiting list...only reason I'm rating a 1 star. Otherwise...looks like a pretty nice place to live.

Great apartments! Brand new and very modern at a great price. Gigabyte internet through century link, and ethernet connections in every room. They let you make it home, even if that means drilling a few holes in the walls. The Inter-hallways can get noise and a little vulgar, but that is pretty rare. Noise from neighbors is small, even if neighbors were noise sound insulation is good. Managers are always pleasant to work with as long as you aren't causing trouble.

I'm not going to offer any speculation, only facts. The land lord has worked with me for the last 2 months to not only get me in, but did alot of emergency help to ensure I could bring my 9 month old son with me. The background check took a while to complete and clear, as most of you with clean records know, this can happen, but she kept me updated the whole time. Next was paperwork to discuss and make sure I understand all of the rules. Those were signed quickly, and I was updated on the progress of those as soon as corporate said I was ok, now I have signed the lease and I am set to move in. All in all she went above and beyond to help. And I am certainly glad she did all she could and helped us so much. As long as you go through the process in the right order I don't see there being any problems. Thank you again for all the help and support!

I lived there with my wife and kids roughly about two years ago and had to move out of state . With that being said I have nothing bad to say about this place. The manager was awesome and very patient with us on our lease. So many things to read but she was patient and answered all our questions the property was up to Par and always clean and when I had a Maintenance issue it was handled right away . Always professional and Courteous
